Attached, please find the annual report, map and fees as <br />well as a list of the improvements made to the quarry in 2012. <br />I am currently working on the bonding requirements and the Transfer of Mineral Permit and <br />Succession of Operators application packet. I am hoping to have all of this submitted to the <br />DRMS by the end of the year as well as all supporting documentation for proof of ownership. <br />I have been in contact with Fremont County and will begin working with them through the <br />process of transferring the CUP once we have everything completed with the state.
