November 13, 2012 C-1981-044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br /> Culvert 34,noted in previous inspections,has been cleared out from all soil blocking its inlet. <br /> SAE north of the portals was inspected. The SAE site was surrounded by berms.No issues were observed. Rocks <br /> are stock piled in the SAE for mine site maintenance. <br /> All sediment control ditches inspected were well vegetated and clear of debris. <br /> - <br /> w` 4 � f , <br /> r <br /> Pond 5-P6. Culvert inlet dug out. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): <br /> A drilling crew was on site inspecting the coal seam fire that runs along the ridge line of State Highway 13. <br /> ROADS —Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5)and (6) <br /> Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Roads were stable with no signs of fugitive dust. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed refuse pile is well vegetated.No signs of erosion along the area were observed. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS —Rule 4.02: <br /> Additional new topsoil and disturbance markers have been added as needed throughout the mine site. <br /> Mine Identification Sign is located at the entrance of mine site along Highway 13.
