November 6, 2012 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine BFB <br /> Oak Pond 91 was cleaned and Oak Pond 92 was not discharging. Coyote Pond was not discharging and the <br /> earthen embankment was well vegetated and appeared to be stable. <br /> Johnson Pond 47 and the east side of 98 were recently cleaned. The cattails that were growing in the spillway <br /> between Johnson#8 and#9 were removed(photo 6). Johnson 99 was not cleaned this year. Johnson 910 was <br /> cleaned on the west side as was the ditch feeding the pond. Johnson#10 was discharging. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 Drainage Control; Surface <br /> Stabilization; Placement: <br /> Coal ash was being dumped in the A-pit. Several piles of ash were staged and ready to be graded. No <br /> fugitive dust was noted on the surrounding landscape. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> A road grader was maintaining the D-pit road. The life-of-mine haul road was being watered and was well <br /> maintained. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> The areas of F-pit that were topsoiled were also seeded.
