(This water should be of high quality since it is presently used for <br />irrigation and domestic purposes.) In addition, the Operation will obtain a Stromwater Discharge <br />Permit, if necessary. The Operator will develop and implement a site - specific Stormwater <br />Management Plan and a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) prior to beginning <br />mining operations. <br />(3) Project water requirements for mining and reclamation: Water will be needed for dust <br />control, potable water for sanitary needs, construction and product processing. The potable water will <br />be supplied from existing site facilities. The estimated annual amount needed is 0.50 acre -feet per <br />year. <br />(4) Amount of water from each source to meet project water requirements: All project <br />water requirements will be from the Operator /Applicant's existing water rights. <br />(5) Statement of application for a discharge permit from the Water Quality Control Division, <br />Department of Public Health and the Environment: <br />The Operator /Applicant has will applied for a discharge permit from the Water Quality Control <br />Division, Department of Public Health and the Environment. <br />
