primarily for concrete and asphalt aggregate, road material, backfill, leach rock and other suitable <br />construction uses to include on -site construction of slurry walls, earthen embankments and a zoned <br />perimeter dam. At the present time, there are no known secondary products that will be mined or <br />produced. The Applicant/Operator reserves the right to sell excess topsoil and overburden if a market <br />is available. <br />(h) Describe the intended used of all expected incidental products to be mined /extracted: <br />Products from this mining operation will be used for construction materials as defined by the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS), as follows: "'Construction Materials' means <br />rock, clay, silt, sand, gravel, limestone, dimension stone, marble, or shale extracted for use in the <br />production of non - metallic construction products." <br />(i) Specify if explosives will be used: <br />Since this is an alluvial sand and gravel mining operation, explosives will not be used during mining or <br />reclamation. <br />
