Box 610 Creede, CO 81130 <br />719 - 658 -1080 Fax 719 -658 -1082 <br />4.-i N om. <br />OCT 3 0 2012 <br />DIVISION OF ReciAmooti <br />MINING AND SAFErf <br />In 2012, Rio Grande Silver (RGS) submitted two Technical Revisions to the Colorado <br />Department of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) for the Bulldog Mine Operation, Permit <br />No. M- 1977 -215: <br />A temporary water storage tank and a concrete washout are also now located adjacent to the <br />shotcrete building (Figure E). <br />TR -19, Temporary Building at 9360 Facilities Area <br />On September 4, 2012, DD Log Homes began excavation of the footing and slab area. A 40 -foot <br />by 40 -foot area was excavated and concrete for the slab and footing was poured into place. On <br />October 9, 2012 construction was completed when the metal frame was erected and the fabric <br />cover was secured in place. This building is currently being used to house and protect the <br />shotcrete machine from winter weather (see Figure A). Three concrete slabs were added to the <br />outside of the building to provide, clean and accessible entrances into the large bay doors at the <br />northwest and southeast sides of the building. These concrete slabs have been added to the <br />Bulldog Facilities map (Figure B). <br />Additionally, RGS moved seven, 8 -foot by 20 -foot temporary storage containers on site (Figure <br />C and Figure D). These containers are currently being used for supply storage. <br />TR -20, Core Logging Building and Access Road <br />To date, no construction work on the core logging building and access road has been completed. <br />RGS has contracted a surveying company to begin surveying the location of these facilities. <br />
