The Division conducted a spot check on several of the Table of Contents submitted with the
revised sections and notices several discrepancies. For example, in section 2.04.10, subsection
3 Vegetation and Land Use Overview starts on page 2.04.10 -5; but the table of contents
indicates this section starts on page 2.04.10 -6. For Section 2.05.4(2)(c), three maps from
Section 2.05.3(3) have been added to the list, in error.
The applicant will need to review and revise the Table of Contents for revised sections
submitted with PR7. Please submit three revised copies of the Table of Contents for each of the
submitted sections if necessary.
Submitted Un- Revised Attachments and Attachment Cover Sheets
2. Many un- revised attachments were submitted with the revision application that indicated they
were revised with PR7. For example:
• Section 2.04.9 — Cover sheets to Attachments 2.04.9 -1 through 2.04.9 -10 were
submitted, each indicating (incorrectly) that they are being revised with PR -07;
• Section 2.05.4(2)(c) — Attachments -1 through -6 are added, and indicate they are
revised - but do not appear to have been changed; the cover page to Attachment -7 is
included, but it is not clear whether the applicant intends to revise this attachment to
reflect proposed changes to the post- mining topography;
• Section 2.05.4(2)(d) — Attachments -1 and -2 are added, but are presumably not revised,
although the footer indicates that they are being changed with PR -07;
• Section 2.05.4(2)(e) — Attachments -1, -4, -5, -6 and -7 — should not be included if they
are not being revised with PR -07.
The Division believes including un- revised attachments with this revision is confusing. (The list
provided above has been compiled for illustration purposes, and may not be complete.) Please
review all the attachments included with the revision, provide a correct list of attachments that
ARE being revised and provide the Division with a list of un- revised attachments to be
withdrawn from the application.
