Hickenlooper
Governor
Mike King
Executive Director
Loretta E. Pineda
Director
We have received your application to revise your permit to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial
review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have not been submitted. Thus, your
application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of October 29, 2012.
A list of items that remain to be addressed is attached to this letter. Due to the large number of changes and
substitutions that will be necessary, the Division requests that WFC update the necessary items to make
the revision complete. This can be accomplished in one of two ways: the Division can return the
submitted materials to WFC or, alternatively, if WFC elects to correct the revision in our office, a
conference room can be reserved for your use. Please let us know in advance so that the materials are
made available for you.
In accordance with Rule 2.073(1), you have the opportunity to amend, review, or otherwise make your
application complete.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Marcia L.
