The easement legal descriptions that we intend to negotiate with the private property <br />landowners impacted by the project (immediately west of the SH85 ROW) are also attached for your reference. Please <br />do not hesitate to call myself or Adam Smith in our office with questions. If you have questions that the Owner would <br />better answer then you could contact Mr. John Bambei, P.E. at Denver Water (303.628.6669). <br />During your review we will be working towards obtaining: 1) the private property easement agreements; 2) the final 404 <br />Nationwide Permit from the USAGE; 3) the clearance letter from the Division of Wildlife; and 4) a Technical Revision from <br />the DRMS. I don't think that your review and approval needs to be contingent upon any of these things, but we plan on <br />providing copies of each item to you as they are received. All of these entities have been contacted regarding the project <br />and they are either currently working on the review /approval or are awaiting our submittal to them next week. Thank you <br />for meeting with me earlier this month about this project and I apologize for the short timeframe that we are working in. <br />Brad L.
