RE: Coal Basin Sutey Fence Documented Telephone Quote (PKA-7-1022)
The Division of Minerals and Geology is in the process of reclaiming the Coal Basin Mines.
Currently, reclamation activities are preformed under the supervision of the Division of Minerals
and Geology, Office of Active and Inactive Mines, and are funded by proceeds from bankruptcy
proceedings.
The Division is soliciting telephone bids from interested contractors for the purpose of
constructing a four strand barbed wire fence for the purpose of excluding cattle from the recently
revegetated Sutey Refuse Disposal Area (Sutey Pile).
Enclosed are a project description, site maps, Standard Work Specification 18.0, Standard
Drawing Number 9 and a Bid Schedule. Eleven and one half inch by seventeen inch sized copies
of Standard Drawing Number 9 and Sutey Map may be obtained by contacting Steve Renner at
[phone].
The General Conditions found in the General Bid Specifications, 1993 apply to this job. No
bonds are required.
The project is scheduled to begin no later than July 9, 1996, and be completed by July 16, 1996.

anticipated project area.
