These areas could be broadcast seeded and mulched or <br /> hydro-seeded and mulched . <br /> The areas of mild slope are generally less than 10% slope and <br /> should be drill -seeded and crimp-mulched . <br /> Approximately 4000 lbs/acre of weed free straw , hay or other mulch <br /> fiber should be placed per acre .
