Place cut material against inslope of the <br /> road at 6 feet depth at 3H: 1V slope. Rip remaining road bed to 8 <br /> inches. Seed entire road width, including cut slope. Slope remaining <br /> 15 feet of road bench toward outslope. 20+070 to 20+080; reduce <br /> cut to 5 vertical feet, and fill on inslope, leaving both cut and <br /> fill surfaces at 3H:1V. blend cut and fill to zero as inslope <br /> diminishes at center of curve.
