materials, equipment and all other items necessary for revegetation as described in these <br /> specifications. Payment shall be as this task is completed and approved by the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER. Payment for this task shall be made only for that amount shown under Item 9 <br /> of the Bid Schedule. Any or all incidental costs incurred by the CONTRACTOR shall be <br /> reflected in each Bid Item or shall be paid at the CONTRACTOR'S expense. <br /> TASK 10 ADDITIONAL CONTOUR FURROWS <br /> Additional Contour Furrows may be constructed at the reclamation areas in order to help <br /> contain surface runoff. Up to 600 linear feet of additional contour furrows may be <br /> constructed. These furrows will be located in the field by the PROJECT MANAGER. Any <br /> furrows built under Task 10, will conform to the design specifications of Task 5 Surface <br /> Drainage; Contour Furrows. The construction of additional furrows is NOT guaranteed. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Additional furrows constructed will be measured to the nearest linear foot. Payment for this <br /> task will be at prices established in Item 10 of the Invitation and Bid Sheet per lineal foot <br /> installed. Such Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor, materials, <br /> equipment and all other items necessary and incidental to the furnishing and placement of the <br /> Contour Furrows as directed and described in the specifications. Payment will be as this Task <br /> is completed and approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment for this Task will be made <br /> only for the unit prices shown under Item 10 of the Bid schedule. <br /> TASK 11 ADDITIONAL ROLLING DIPS <br /> Additional Rolling Dips may be constructed on the roads in the construction area. Up to four <br /> (4) additional rolling dips may be constructed. These additional Rolling Dips will be located <br /> in the field by the PROJECT MANAGER. Any Rolling Dips built under Task 11 will conform <br /> to the design specifications of task 6 Surface Drainage; Rolling Dips. The construction of <br /> additional Rolling Dips is NOT guaranteed. Assume a road width of 35 feet in calculating the <br /> bid price. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for additional rolling dips constructed will be per rolling dip installed. Payment for <br /> this task will be at prices established in Item 11 of the Invitation and Bid Sheet per rolling dip <br /> installed. Such Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor, materials, <br /> equipment and all other items necessary and incidental to the furnishing and placement of the <br /> rolling dips as directed and described in the specifications.
