MAY.28 '96 9:06AM DMG,GJCT 1 303 2410336 P.5 <br /> of Dutch creek, the tan and fan road, the storage yard south of the <br /> main east west haul road to Dutch Creek and from the Waste Dump <br /> culvert to the red gate across the main-east west haul road. There <br /> will be no measurement for payment. Payment for this task will be <br /> reflected in a lump sum bid under Item 10 on the Revised Bid <br /> Schedule. This lump sum bid will cover all costs for ripping the <br /> project area. Payment shall be as this task is completed and <br /> approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. <br /> 7. A second additive alternate will be added to the bid. Please <br /> provide a price to provide five (5) tons per acre cow manure and <br /> three (3) tons per acre hay or straw. The price should include the <br /> cost to purchase, deliver and work this material into the surface <br /> of those areas ripped as per amendment Item 6 above. The use of <br /> this material is NOT guaranteed. If used, this material will be <br /> completely disced or furrowed into the flat areas which were <br /> ripped, prior to initiating revegetation operations. <br />
