Exhibit M <br />Other Permits and Licenses <br />JD -9 Mine Permit Amendment <br />M- 1977 -306 <br />The following additional permits and environmental plans are needed or are in -place for the site: <br />1. County Conditional Use Permit — issued by Montrose County. This permit is already in- place. <br />2. Colorado Discharge Permit System process water and stormwater discharge permits — issued by <br />the Water Quality Control Division of CDPHE (see Appendix L). A stormwater management <br />plan and material containment plan (see Appendix F) are also in -place for the site. These <br />permits and plans will be amended as needed. <br />3. Cotter will apply for an air emissions permit from CDPHE if it is determined that this is required. <br />4. An explosives permit from the Department of Treasury's Bureau of ATF will be requested as <br />necessary. <br />5. Individual Sewage Disposal System and Building Permits — issued by Montrose County. <br />Note: Surface disturbance will not impact any wetlands or drainages; therefore, permits with the U.S. <br />Army Corps of Engineers are not required. <br />
