2 . Future revisions to [lid-Continent's permit submitted in response to <br /> the Division 's mid-term review or otherwise submitted by Mid-Continent as <br /> required by the Division may result in an increase in the estimated cost of <br /> reclamation such that additional bond would be required. Any such increases <br /> in the reclamation bond shall be submitted by January 15 , 1992 . <br /> C . Permit Transfer <br /> 1 .
