f . Specify the dates ( if any) when Sanwa extended credit <br /> ( including loans, installment purchase agreements, open account, <br /> etc . ) to Minerals . If so, state with respect to each instance the <br /> date of extension of credit; the amount of credit extended; and <br /> the name( s ) of the guarantor(_s)_. <br /> g. Specify the dates ( if any) when Minerals guaranteed the <br /> repayment of credit extended by Sanwa ( including loans , <br /> installment purchase agreements , open account, etc . ) to any other <br /> person or entity. If so, state with respect to each instance the <br /> date of extension of credit; the amount of credit extended; the <br /> name( s ) of the creditor(s ) ; and the nature of the guarantee <br /> (pledge of property and/or assets, letters of credit, promissory <br /> notes , etc . ) . <br /> h. Identify all written agreements that relate to and/or <br /> discuss the circumstances specified above. <br /> i . If any oral agreement currently exists or previously <br /> existed that relates to the circumstances specified above, state <br /> the date when it was made, with what officers , agents , or servants <br /> of Minerals and Sanwa it was made, and what its exact and complete <br /> terms and conditions were. <br /> OBJECTION: See objection to Interrogatory No . 16 . <br /> Interrogatory No. 66 . State the location of the financial <br /> records and administrative offices of Minerals . <br /> RESPONSE: Financial records and administrative offices of <br /> Minerals are at 1058 100 Road, Carbondale, Colorado. <br /> Interrogatory No. 67 . State whether Minerals has or has ever <br /> had any employees . If so, state the number of employees . <br /> RESPONSE: The number of Minerals employees has varied between <br /> approximately 7 and 20 . <br /> Interrogatory No. 68 . Discuss the source of financing and <br /> method of operation of Minerals . <br /> RESPONSE: Minerals is financed through administrative and other <br /> charges to subsidiaries and, where applicable, through dividends <br /> through subsidiaries . Minerals ' method of operation is to <br /> employee personnel to perform it ' s functions , maintain an office, <br /> and generally carry on the activities of a corporation. <br /> Interrogatory No. 69 .
