shareholder of Minerals ever use the corporate account( s ) for the
deposit of funds belonging to such individual or for the payment
of debts owed by such individual? If yes, identify the account;
the date of the transaction; the amount of the transaction; and
the full name and address of such individual .

Interrogatory No. 60 . List any and all assets worth $300 or
more transferred by Minerals , other than in the ordinary course of
business , during the last four years, indicating for each transfer
the date of the transfer; a description off the asset transferred;
the type of transfer (e.g. , sale, gift, conveyance of security
interest, repossession, etc . ) ; the fair market value of the
assert; the name and address of the transferee; and the amount of
consideration received for the asset.

owed to Minerals (e . g. , for work performed, money loaned, property
sold, injuries to property, etc . ) , indicating for each debt the

become due; and the efforts taken by Minerals to collect such
debt.
