Interrogatory No. 54 . List any and all stocks , bonds or
other securities owned by Minerals, indicating for each security
the type of security; the name and address of the person or entity
that issued the security; the identifying number of the security;
the name and address of every person having an ownership interest
in the security ( if any) , together with the nature of such
interest; the current market value of the security; and the name
and address of every person holding a security interest in the
security ( if any) , together with the amount of such security
interest; and the exact location of the security.
OBJECTION: See objection to Interrogatory No. 45 .
Interrogatory No. 55 . List any and all insurance policies
having a cash or surrender value owned by Minerals , indicating for
each policy the type of policy; the name and address of the
company issuing the policy; the identifying number of the policy;
the name and address of every person having an ownership interest
in the policy ( if any) , together with the nature of such interest;
the face amount of the policy; the current cash loan or surrender
value of the policy; the amount of loans outstanding against the
policy; and the exact location of the policy.
RESPONSE: On information and belief, Mid-Continent Minerals
Corporation does not have any insurance policies with a cash or
surrender value.
Interrogatory No. 56 . List any and all -items of tangible
personal property worth $300 or more owned by Minerals, indicating
for each item the date on which the item was acquired; a
description of the item ( including, where applicable, the year,
make, model, serial number, etc . ) ; the name and address of every
other person having an ownership interest in the item ( if any) ,
together with the nature of such interest; the fair market value
of the item; and the name and address of every person holding a
security interest in the item ( if any) , together with the amount
of such security interest; and the exact location of the item.

Interrogatory No. 57 . Was any of the real or personal
property owned or leased by Minerals ever used for any purpose not
related to Minerals ' business? If so, state with respect to each
such instance the date of such use; a description of the property;
and the purpose for which such property was used.
