affiliated financially or otherwise, or which is a subsidiary of
Mid-Continent Minerals, Inc .
OBJECTION: The defendants object to this interrogatory to the
extent it requests information regarding payment or compensation.
Such a request is not relevant to any of the issues in this case,
nor is it reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of
admissible evidence . The defendant further objects to the question
on the grounds that it is overly broad, burdensome, and not
reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible
evidence . The interrogatory requests information going back 25
years, when this lawsuit arises from an alleged failure to comply
with a 1991 order. Without waiving its objection, the defendant
agrees to provide the information requested (other than information
regarding payment or compensation) for the past 10 years .
RESPONSE AS TO JOHN REEVES : I have held the following positions
during the past 10 years :

officer and director in policy and decisions of the
holding company.
