Since 1972 , I have been a director of Fleet Financial Group,
located in Providence, Rhode Island, and Albany, New York. The name
of this organization has changed from United Bank of New York, to
Norstar, to Fleet Norstar, and is now Fleet Financial Group . My
duties have been that of a director of a bank holding company.
I am a co-trustee of the Savings and Investment Plan qualified
under ERISA for Mid-Continent Minerals . This trust manages savings
and investment plan fund for employees of Mid-Continent Minerals and
subsidiary companies . I have been a co-trustee since approximately
1972 .
RESPONSE AS TO ROBERT DELANEY: Co-trustee, L. S . Wood Charitable
Trust (Trust provides educational benefits for college and
vocational training; manages trust assets; trustees set policies,
review and approve or disapprove applications; appoint agents to
manage trust affairs) .
White River National Forest Association - Secretary/Treasurer; 1974
to date; non-for-profit Colorado corporation primarily devoted to
review, evaluation and comment on Forest Service land policies ; also
sponsors special events related to the national forest .
Mid-Continent Resources Black Lung Trust - Co-trustee, manages funds
set aside for black lung benefits by Mid-Continent Resources, Inc . ;
approximately 1979 to date .
Mid-Continent Minerals Corporation - Co-trustee Savings and
Investment Plan qualified under ERISA; about 1973 to date; manages
savings and investment plan fund for employees of Mid-Continent
Minerals Corporation and subsidiaries .
Centennial Computer Corporation - Vice President, approximately 1977
to date; small computer consulting company, no active participation
by Robert Delaney.
