EXHIBIT G — Water Information
Due to a prior breach in the slurry wall, the pit has filled with approximately 28 acre feet of water
belonging to the City of Brighton, from the N. Platte. We currently has an agreement with the City of
Brighton for replacement and evaporative costs associated with the standing water that infiltrated the
pit due to the breach in the wall. This water plan expires on 10/31/12. Applicant has tendered a
request to extend the current water agreement and we anticipate that will be approved before the
Board begins to consider this Amendment Application.
