In my opinion, the amount of disturbance <br /> required to structurally treat the confined area of the slope <br /> immediately above the drainage ditch would cause significant <br /> damage to the delicate equilibrium of the "mature" cribbed <br /> slope, and would result in refuse subsequently being deposited <br /> in the ditch.
