Mid-Continent wishes to be advised by counsel on issues which <br /> arise in connection with the notices of violation for which the conference(s) will be held. <br /> We had previously requested permission from the bankruptcy court to employ an <br /> attorney affiliated with Delaney & Balcomb, a Glenwood Springs law firm. The attorney <br /> general's office has objected to Mid-Continent's employing counsel from this firm for <br /> these matters. Accordingly, we are seeking counsel from another firm, and will request <br /> approval from the court for such representation.
