RE: Assessment Conference(s). Notices of Violation.
Dear Mr. Waldron:
As provided under Section 5.04.3 of the regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation
Board, Mid-Continent Resources requested assessment conferences for Notices of
Violation C-93-086, C-93-089, C-93-090, C-93-091, C-93-092, C-93-093, C-93-094, C-
93-095, C-93-096, C-93-097, C-93-098, C-93-099, C-93-106, C-93-107, C-93-108, C-
93-109, C-93-110, C-93-130. The regulations provide at §5.04.3(3)(c) that "The
assessment conference shall be held within 30 days from the request therefore..."
Mid-Continent agrees to a waiver of the 30-day time requirement, although not the right
to the conference.
