Mid-Continent is utilizing outdated information in calculating the cost of
removing buildinas and concrete.
Listed below are my calculations for the removal of the two buildings and the
concrete pad.
Concrete Buildino Removal
28' x 40.67' x 12' = 13,665 cf x .19/cf = $2,596.37
Concrete Pad
16. 67' x 16' = 266.72 sf x 2.95/sf = 786.82
16.17' x 16' x 8' = 6.59 cy x 4.32/cy (haul ) = 28.45
Metal Silo
13' diam x 20' = 2,655 cf x .14/cf = 371 .65
Sub Total 3,783.29
Ena/Profit/Insurance = 25% = 945.82
Total Bond Increase $4,729.11
