Remove coal waste and snow on the Mine No. 3 south pond embankments. <br /> 3. Regrade the tops of the Mine No. 3 south pond embankments to slope <br /> towards the ponds. <br /> 4. Divert the drainage from south of the south Mine No. 3 ponds into the <br /> sediment ponds. <br /> 5. Remove snow mixed with coal and/or coal waste piled on the southeast <br /> edge of the Mine No. bench. <br />
