DRMS Permit No. C-1981- <br /> 010. I Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. <br /> Forrest Luke of Trapper Mining accompanied me during the site inspection on Thursday October 4th. Graham <br /> Roberts of Trapper Mining accompanied me on Friday October 3rd. Both days were clear, cool in the morning <br /> and warm in the afternoon. <br /> The annual Applicant Violator System Review check was conducted during the inspection. See the enclosed sheet <br /> for details. <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION—Rule 4.17: <br /> Dust control activities were observed during the inspection such as watering of the haul roads. An insignificant <br /> amount of dust was observed. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> A records check was conducted during the inspection. Please see the end of the report for details. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14, Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1, Approximate Original Contour <br /> 4.14.2,Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27,Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials <br /> 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Trapper is actively backfilling and grading the remaining portion of the F-Pit. Overall,it appears the completed <br /> grading work blends in well with the surrounding topography. Rock has been staged in the projected drainage <br /> channel in the bacicfilled area.
