within 60 days after the termination of this easement, all of <br />its equipment, fixtures and instal'.ations whether affixed <br />to the realty or otherwise provided, that the right of <br />removal shall not extend to the removal of mine timbers in ' <br />place. <br />6. The rights herein granted or reserved by either <br />party shall not be assignable without the prior consent of <br />the other party first had and obtained, which consent shall <br />not be unreasonably withheld. <br />7. Notices and communications shall be given by <br />depositing in the United States Mails, postage prepaid, <br />registered and, if intended for American Metal, addressed to: <br />American Metal Climax, Inc. <br />749 Main Street <br />Grant Junction, Colorado <br />and if intended for Carbide to: <br />Union Carbide Corporation <br />P.O. Box 1049 <br />Grand Junction, Colorado <br />Notices shall be deemed given on the date of mailing thereof. <br />8. The easement herein granted to American Metal <br />shall terminate doneurrently with the expiration of 18 con - <br />seoutive months nonuse of said edit by American Metal, its <br />successors or assigns.
