- 51 - <br />The Agreement with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />requires the Gates & Fox Company, Inc. to �, <br />provide for the <br />rehabilitation of the affected land through the rehabilitation of <br />plant cover, soil stability, water resources, and other measures <br />appropriate to the subsequent beneficial use of such mined and <br />reclaimed lands; and that in the event of the failure of his pro s <br />reclamation lam Po ed <br />P plan, he will take whatever measures which may be <br />necessary in order to assure the success of reclamation of the lands <br />affected by his underground mining operation; . • <br />The existing agreements with <br />ERA and the State of Colorado <br />appear to be satisfactory for the surface facilities of the proposed <br />mining operation. <br />Upon completion of uranium mining and the vat <br />leaching process at the site, no <br />uranium ore will be present on the <br />surface. Contouring and leveling of development rods and revegetation <br />can be completed under the existing agreements. <br />LIMITATIONS <br />This report has been <br />Prepared in accordance with generally <br />accepted soil and foundation engineering practices in this area for <br />the use of the client for design purposes.
