The "Abandonment" section of the <br />`-R' Mine Plan reads as follows: <br />"Abandonment. <br />"a. Sealing of Portals. At the termination of the <br />operation of this tract <br />steel doors made of steel <br />sheathing will be used to cover the shafts. <br />"b. Removal of Structures <br />and Cleanup. All structures <br />placed in this tract by Gates & Fox Company, Inc. <br />will be removed and cleanup will be made.
