Specific Permits and Authorizations <br />The Henderson Mine and Mill operate under numerous specific regulatory permits and <br />authorizations. All permits and authorizations pertaining to environmental controls are regulated <br />by state and federal programs and are public information. Copies of these permits and <br />authorizations are available at the environmental offices at both the Henderson Mine and <br />Henderson Mill and at the agencies listed. <br />• DRMS (Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety). <br />o Mining and Reclamation Permit Number M- 1977 -342. <br />o A list of modifications to the DRMS permit (amendments, technical revisions and <br />revisions) is included in Appendix D and E. <br />• CDPHE (Water Quality Control Division). <br />o Colorado Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit (CDPS) for the <br />Henderson Mill Facilities.
