Redefine the drainage ditch along the road to the Mine No. <br /> 2 coal stockpile to insure that all drainage enters the <br /> upper end of the bus garage pond. <br /> h. The embankment of the bathhouse pond must be built-up and <br /> the emergency spillway must be dug out to bring this pond <br /> into compliance with the approved designs. <br /> i . Construct a spill containment structure around the fueling <br /> area on the northwest corner of the Savage shop and repair <br /> leaks in the fueling system. <br /> j. The drainage ditch below the Mine No. 1 coal stockpile must <br /> be cleaned of sediment, the breach in the ditch must be <br /> repaired, and all coal along the edge of the ditch adjacent <br /> to the undisturbed area must be cleaned-up to avoid pushing <br /> this material into the undisturbed area during future <br /> maintenance. <br /> k. Construct a containment structure around the SW gas tank <br /> near Coal Creek. <br /> 1 . Construct a diversion ditch above the Mine No. 1 coal <br /> stockpile area. <br /> m. Revise the permit application to include a contingency plan <br /> for treating runoff to remove suspended solids. This plan <br /> must include a metering system for the addition of any <br /> chemical additives. <br />
