Minutes, January 26-27, 1994 17 <br /> It was MOVED that the Board find the permittee in violation <br /> for failure to comply with a Board Order, order the permit <br /> holder to Show Cause why the bond should not be increased, <br /> reaffirm the cease and desist order issued previously and <br /> request that the Attorney General bring suit against the <br /> permittee for a temporary restraining order or preliminary or <br /> permanent injunction in the District Court where the violation <br /> occurred and ask the Court to direct the permittee to complete <br /> all corrective actions ordered by the Board in NOV M-93-046 <br /> and to pay all court costs and legal fees.
