Though the inspector saw physical evidence of gullying, <br /> indicating that some additional sediment contribution was made, the distance <br /> involved makes it unlikely that the damage off-site would be very serious. <br /> Good Faith: The problem area was graded and an adequate berm constructed so <br /> that all drainage from the disturbed area was routed through control <br /> structures. This work was accomplished during the next work day following the <br /> inspection. The award of good faith coincides with the inspector's recom- <br /> memdation. <br />
