location of seepage is not known. It is assumed that the seep is coming from <br /> the base of the culvert of the primary spillway. The required storage volume <br /> for the 10 year/24 hour event for this area is 2.18 acre/feet. The ponds in <br /> series from upper to lower have capacities at the primary spillway of 4.29, <br /> 4.14 and 1 .68 acre-feet respectively. As the lower two ponds are relatively <br /> clear of sediment accumulation, and also, due to the fact that the lower pond <br /> has experienced no leakage, it is believed that adequate volume is still <br /> present in the ponds to contain a 10 year event.
