I have included language on pages 2, 5 and 6 concerning <br /> the problems with the roads and benches identified during the <br /> mid-term review. However, I am not familiar with the facts and I <br /> would appreciate your comments and suggestions on those items. <br /> In addition, I would like a copy of the mid-term review. I would <br /> also appreciate your thoughts on how best to handle the problem <br /> concerning the bond.
