The calculations using the universal soil loss equation <br /> demonstrates that the drainage from these areas meet <br /> effluent limits and the state water quality require- <br /> ments. (See Exhibit A) <br /> 2 . The six areas are all small ; containing less than 0. 1 <br /> acres. And there is no mixture of surface drainage <br /> and mine water discharge.
