26. Any future longterm use of Mine 5, Mine 3, and associated roads will be
contingent upon stabilization of the slide to insure that the road will
serve its intended use, with minimal impacts to the hydrologic balance.
In the short term, measures will need to be taken to prevent erosional or
slurry flow deposition of slide debris into the North Fork of Dutch
Creek, and to minimize ditch flow and maintenance needs along the toe of
the slide.
