We further note that §5. 03 . 2( 2) (g) allows a request for further
extension "Where the condition or circumstance which prevented
abatement within 90 days exists at the expiration of such
extension. . . " It is our expectation that, given the length of
the winter season at the mine site, such an extension will be
requested at the appropriate time.
