Modify steps necessary to abate violations as follows:
Implement abatement plans as outlined in July 8 letter from Diane Delaney of
Mid-Continent Resources to Dan Mathews of the Division with one modification:
straw bale check dams or silt fencing are to be installed to provide interim
sediment control for those areas where revegetation is proposed to provide
long-term sediment control (i .e. rock tunnel pad outslope and the berm behind
the bathhouse) .
