The TSS of Dutch Creek was 2 mg/l . The TSS of the mingled [lows was

took the sample at the same time that the MLRD inspector and thc_

The operator corrected some conditions during the inspection that
would have been violations, but since they were corrected before the
end of the inspection' an NOV or TDN was not necessary.

sedimentation pond. The berm along the edge of the pad was regraded
to direct all drainage from the pad to the pond. The road ditc|/
below this pad was also regraded .
