See photos. <br /> At Mine #1 pad 1 the CMP conveying undisturbed drainage had been damaged <br /> (presumably by winter road grading operations) and disturbed drainage was able <br /> to mix with the undisturbed drainage. Secondly, the CMP was leaking toward <br /> the road outslope side which caused erosion on the road outslope beside the <br /> culvert approx. 2' wide and 2' deep for approx. 100' . At pad 4 the CMP <br /> culvert conveying drainage across the haul road from a sump on pad 4 was <br /> nearly crushed at inlet and outlet. <br /> * The abatement for this notice was to,"l . Repair or replace the damaged <br /> portion of the CMP structure. 2. Stabilize outslope beside CMP down road <br /> outslope. 3. Repair inlet and outlet structures to CMP draining pad 4 to ponds <br /> below."
