i. On page 2.05 -3 the word "re- grading" was spelled "regarding," and "takes" is spelled

iii. Section 2.05 contains Table 2.05 -10 (on page 2.05 -37). Should this be removed from
text and put in table section with other tables?
iv. On page 2.05 -42, "Air Pollution Control Plan" should be subsection.
v. On page 430 -1, the heading says "Rule 6" rather than "Rule 4."
m. Should Figure 4.18 -1 exist or is it a table? It is not in the Table of Contents.
