Reveoetation, Seeding or Planting <br /> Seeding or planting will be done at a time of the year, in a - <br /> nan-ier, and with species which the District Ranger considers will <br /> offer the 'rest chance of success and will be repeated annually <br /> until such areas are accepted in writing by the District Ranger <br /> as satisfactorily revecetated and stabilized. = <br /> 26. Pollution = <br /> h rT e penittee shall take reasonable precautions to prevent pollution <br /> Of or deterioration of !ands or waters which may result from the <br /> exercise of the privileges extended by this permit. <br /> 27. Implied Permission <br /> Nothing in this permit shall be construed to imply permission to <br /> build or maintain any structure not specifically named on the <br /> face of this permit, or approved by the Forest Service in the <br /> form of a new permit or permit amendment. Additional structures <br /> re;uiring specific apprclJal shall include, but are not limited <br /> to: signs, fences, nammlates, mailboxes, newspaper boxes, <br /> boathouses, docks, pipelines, and television antenna. <br /> 28, Archeological-Paleontological Discoveries <br /> If, during excavation work, items of substantial archeological or <br /> paleontological value are discovered, or a known deposit of such <br /> items is disturbed, tip_ permittee will cease excavation in the <br /> area so affected. He will then notify the Forest Service and <br /> kill not resume excavation until written approval is given. <br /> 29. Termination <br /> Unless sooner terminated or revoked in accordance with the provisions <br /> OIL the permit, this permit shall expire and become void upon <br /> issuance of a new authorization or one year after publication of <br /> regulations by the Secretary of Agriculture under the provisions <br /> of Title V, P.L. 94-579, whichever comes first, but a new authorization <br /> to occupy and use the same National Forest land will be issued <br /> provided the permittee will comply with the then-existing rules <br /> and regulations governing the occupancy and use of National <br /> Forest lands. <br /> 30. Superseded Permits <br /> This permit supersedes special-use permits designated: Mid- <br /> Continent Coal and Co}:e Co. Ilater and Gas lines 11/2/77 and <br /> --1 Mining and Prospecting 10/4/54. <br />
