(NCR) application for <br /> permit revision to change the mined land reclamation permit boundary for their <br /> Coal Basin Mines near Redstone, Colorado (File No. C-81-017). <br /> The Forest Service must be notified of all proposed surface disturbing <br /> activities on National Forest lands so tbat_ve can analyse the proposal and <br /> determine what authorising documents might be needed. The proposed <br /> reclamation permit revision does not include any revisions associated vitb <br /> surface disturbing activities.
