I . PERMITS
Mid-Continent cannot disturb the land without
first obtaining a permit from state and federal authorities.
Our permit tells us exactly what we can and cannot
do, how and where and when we can impact the land
surface.
There is a specific permit boundary around the
mining property. Land beyond that permit boundary is
strictly off limits.
To ignore or disobey the requirements of the
permit subjects Mid-Continent to fines, and could
endanger our right to continue mining.
II . DISTURBED/UNDISTURBED LAND
Land beyond the permit boundary is strictly
off limits.
Undisturbed land, even inside the permit boundary,
must be left strictly alone, unless Mid-Continent has
specific permission from the Mined Land Reclamation
Division to work on it.
That means we can' t explore, drill, or drive a
vehicle on undisturbed land, without permission.
III . SIGNS AND MARKERS
Mid-Continent takes the trouble to put up signs
and markers because they tell you important information.
Pay attention to them.
NO Burr E(L DCRmTe(t PcRwtt9'
Snr a w
PuSt{tN(r -Oro PA P, TUQSoL 5&-F +toAMAI
