The <br />supplied liner system shall consist of a primary liner (top liner), a conduction layer (middle <br />layer), a secondary liner (bottom liner) and a leak detection system. The lining system will be <br />used in a constructed earthen lagoon basin which collects and holds industrial wastewater. <br />The complete liner system supplied by the Seller shall provide zero leakage. <br />2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY <br />2.1 Design Criteria <br />Seller shall provide lagoon liner to fit in an earthen basin rough graded by Others. Drawings of <br />the basin are attached for Sellers reference in sizing and positioning of liner and leak detection <br />system. <br />Liner shall be compatible with the following wastewater conditions: <br />2.2 Equipment <br />A. Liner Material <br />RFP — Lagoon Liner <br />Both the primary liner (top liner) and secondary liner (bottom liner) shall conform to <br />the following specifications: <br />1. Primary liner materials shall be 80 mil high density polyethylene (HDPE) <br />geomembrane. <br />2. Secondary liner materials shall be 60 mil HDPE geomembrane. <br />pg. 1 <br />
