The Forest Service, by written modification to the instrument, may <br /> extend the term for subsequent performance periods not to exceed a total duration of 5 <br /> years from the execution date of the instrument, including the subsequent performance <br /> periods. <br /> 14. RESTRICTION FOR DELEGATES. Pursuant to Section 22, Title 41, United States <br /> Code, no member of, or Delegate to, Congress shall be admitted to any share or part of <br /> this instrument, or any benefits that may arise therefrom. <br /> 15. ENDORSEMENT. Any Cooperator contributions made under this instrument do not by <br /> direct reference, or implication convey Forest Service endorsement of the Cooperator's <br /> products or activities. <br /> 16. FINANCIAL PLAN. The attached financial plan is hereby incorporated and becomes a <br /> part of this agreement. <br /> 17. The information furnished to the Forest Service is subject to the Freedom of Information <br /> Act (5 U.S.C. 552). <br /> 18. COMPLETION DATE.
