(CBCI) is providing this letter to the Division of Reclamation Mining
and Safety (DRMS) to give notice that Caldera Mineral Resources, LLC (CMRL) is authorized
enter onto and prospect upon CBCI's private property in Ouray County, Colorado. CBCI
currently has an active 112 mine permit at the Camp Bird Mine (M- 1982 -090) which
encompasses the surface facilities outside of the 14 Level of the Camp Bird Mine. The
majority of the historic mine tailings associated with the Camp Bird Mine occur within the
112 permit boundary. However, a significant portion of the historic mine tailings occur
outside of the permit boundary, which also occur on private lands owned by CBCI. CMRL
intends to drill the tailings on CBCI's property that are outside of the 112 permit boundary.
CBCI hereby authorizes CMRL to conduct the activities that are described in the Notice of
Intent to Conduct Prospecting for the Camp Bird Tailings Exploration Project.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely;
CAMP BIRD COLORADO, INC.
by
Scott Butters, President
President
Ec: John Bryan, CEO of Caldera Mineral Resources, LLC
Mike Thompson, Reardon Steel, LLC
